Freelancer Payment Processing Fees and Charges

Freelancers on Ditansource are charged a fee for using the platform to connect with clients. Below is a breakdown of these fees and other associated charges.

1. Platform/Service Fee

Freelancers are charged a platform/service of XX fee of their project earnings.
For example, if you earn $500 on a project and the service fee is 10%, $50 will be deducted, and you will receive $450.

2. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges are applied when transferring your earnings to your preferred payment method.
For example, if the gateway fee is 2.5% and your earnings are $450, an additional $11.25 will be deducted.

3. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax (e.g., VAT, GST) may also apply to your service fee.
For example, if your service fee is $50 and VAT is 10%, an additional $5 will be charged.

4. Refund Policy

If there are any discrepancies in service, Ditansource may offer refunds. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy:

  • Dispute Resolutions: Refunds may be provided after case evaluation by our support team.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Ditansource accepts the following payment methods for convenience and flexibility:
